(1) How will you acknowledge my order?
An email acknowledgement of your order will be sent to you almost immediately you place your order. This will confirm to you the details of what you have bought and the address or addresses to which the issues will be sent. Within half an hour a 2nd email for each subscription will be sent to you with your personal account number and details of when the subscription will start and end.
(2) If I’m giving a gift subscription, do you send anything to the recipient?
Yes, if you have the email address of the recipient we can send an electronic gift card either immediately or on the date of your choice. Also, included in the letter of acknowledgement we send you a greetings card with envelope – so you can write a personal message and send it on to the recipient. If you are buying more than one subscription, you will receive a card and envelope for each one. Because of the Christmas rush, to absolutely guarantee you receive your gift card in time to send it to the recipient, we need to receive your order by 8th December.
(3) What is my subscriber number?
Your subscriber number is a 10 digit long number that is used to identify you and your subscription. It can be found on any correspondence that we have sent you.
(4) How secure are my credit card details?
All the information you provide is encrypted (scrambled) using the industry standard SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology so that when you submit the order from the online form to our computer, nothing can be read as it travels down the secure line. Your details are then applied to our subscription system, which resides in a completely separate, unlinked area away from our internet pages.
(5) How do I renew the subscription?
Whether you are taking out a subscription for yourself or as a gift, we will send you a reminder before the end of your subscription. Nothing will be sent to the recipient unless the subscription expires. Either complete and return the renewal form you receive with payment or call our Credit Card hotline on +44 (0)1858-438861.
(6) What if an issue doesn’t arrive?
Simply contact one of our Customer Services team on +44 (0)1858-438861 and they will check we have your correct address details and arrange for a replacement copy to be sent to you.
(7) What if a magazine arrives damaged?
Simply contact one of our Customer Services team on +44 (0)1858-438861 and they will arrange for a replacement copy to be sent to you.
(8) How long does it take for magazines to arrive outside the United Kingdom?
Speed of delivery to subscribers outside the UK obviously depends on the quality of service provided by the various organisations along the way. The following airmail delivery times should be calculated from the date the magazine is published and are approximate: Europe – 3/5 days. Middle East/Africa/Asia/North and South America – 6/10 days. Asia-Pacific/Australasia – 11/15 days.
(9) How do I change my address?

(10) What is the price in USD$ or other currencies?
Prices will be converted by your Credit Card company at the current rate of exchange. This rate will fluctuate.
(11) I forgot to order my e-card, can I go back and order it now?
Unfortunately if you did not order your e-card when paying for the subscription you can not go back and re-order it.
(12) Can I go change the message, date or email address on my e-card
Once an e-card has been ordered we are unable to change any of the details on it.
(13) How do I order back issues and what are the prices/availability?
We currently don’t sell back issues for magazines, however it is something we plan to-do in the future.
(14) How long will the gift take to arrive?
If the gift is in stock it will take around 28 days. If it is out of stock it may take longer
(15) When does my current subscription expire?
You find out when your current subscription expire by going to customer service (click here) and selecting the magazine you subscribe to. You will need you 10 digit subscription code which you can find on any correspondence we have sent you.
(16) When is my first issue due?
Details of when you will receive your first issue are contained within your confirmation email. If you do not have your confirmation email you can log in via our customer service page (click here) and check when you will receive your first issue. We aim to deliver all of the magazines in accordance with the publisher's print and delivery schedule.
(17) Can I cancel my subscription?
The subscription can be cancelled / refunded in accordance with the publisher’s cancellation policy.
