Subscription terms of purchase:
The term of a Total Telecom magazine subscription is 11 months, with July and August being a joint issue. When subscribing to Total Telecom magazine, please allow up to six weeks for your first copy. Your activation details will be sent to you within 7 days, or within 24 hours if you subscribe online.

Cancelation and refund:
You may cancel your subscription within 60 days of purchase (the "Initial Period") provided you give us written notice. If you want to cancel your Initial Period you must write to us at Total Telecom, Tower House, Lathkill Street, Sovereign Park, Market Harborough, Leicestershire, LE16 9EF supplying your name, address, subscription number (if possible) and the magazine name. If we receive your written notice within the Initial Period we will refund you for all unmailed issues of the magazine. We will only cancel subscriptions within the Initial Period.
