Listed below are the countries where we know of wide-scale disruption to distribution of Time Magazine due to Covid-19, and the action we have taken on behalf of subscribers.
For countries not listed below, we are assuming that a normal delivery service continues, although delivery times could be longer than usual.
If you are concerned about delivery to a country not mentioned below, and wish to suspend your subscription, please contact us.
Please note that all suspended subscriptions will re-commence when normal delivery can resume. You will still receive all the print issues due to you in your current subscription term. You can continue to access the digital edition during the suspension of your print subscription. Please see below for details.
Your subscription includes digital access to all issues within your subscription term, and this access will continue whilst the delivery of your print copy is suspended. To access TIME's digital magazine edition for iPad and iPhone, web access and our online archive The Vault, please click here to create a new digital account for your TIME subscription. The username and password you set will also be used to access our Online Customer Service Centre. To create a digital account you will need your Customer Number.
Please allow extra time for your copy to arrive in the mail due to disruption to Royal Mail postal deliveries at a local level, which can vary depending upon where you live.
South Africa Delivery will resume with the TIME double issue dated 1st/8th June, which should arrive with subscribers during week commencing 25th May. For this and future issues, please allow extra time for your copy to arrive in the mail due to possible disruption to mail delivery at a local level, which can vary depending upon where you live.
Subscriptions are currently suspended until normal delivery can resume. Your account will not be charged for any issues during the suspension period. Please note that as we printed the issue dated 6th/13th April and were not able to deliver it, your account would have been charged for this issue if your subscription was active at that time. We have therefore extended your subscription to compensate.
